On 22nd October, across England and Wales we will be taking part in Walk n Talk Groups at 11am. People supported by Achieve together, their support team, families and friends are welcome, to chat about breast cancer awareness and raise funds for Breast Cancer Now.

 This will, give us a chance to enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds us, enjoy physical exercise and spend time together with friends (with appropriate social distancing of course). 

It is important that we learn about checking our breasts/chests regularly, so if there's a chance we may have breast cancer this can be treated at an early stage.
