To celebrate our 25th Anniversary year - on Saturday 13th August 2022 - a group of our employees, including our CEO David Robertshaw and MD Jeanette Morgan, plus some family members, are going "Back to the Future" for Queenscourt Hospice,
Southport who have been nominated as Access Point's 2022 local charity.

Access Point was born in Wigan in 1997 and now resides in The Old
Courthouse in Southport, so we are organising a 20-mile canal-side walking event to start in Wigan (where it all began), ending in Southport at our permanent AP home on Albert Road. We are splitting the route into 2 equal(ish) parts so that employees of all abilities can take part - but it will absolutely be a Team effort from start to finish. The event will end in true Access Point style... enjoying a family Summer BBQ on our rooftop terrace... with refreshments, of course, to celebrate everyone's efforts!

So please show your support and sponsor our Back to the Future Team who are taking part to help AP raise as much money as they can for Queenscourt Hospice. Queenscourt is a truly worthy local charity. They only receive 20% NHS funding, so are dependant on fundraising events like ours in order to continue to provide their vital services in our community.
