Since the start of the year I have been on a fitness journey! As some of you may already know, I completed The Body Coach’s 90 Day Plan and the Graduate Plan too! ⭐️ 

I relaxed over the summer ☀️ but I wanted another goal to aim towards to keep my fitness and healthy lifestyle. So I had this crazy idea to sign up to the Run Through event at Chester Zoo on Halloween 🎃 

I have never ran 10k before and even though I am doing 24 training runs (3 a week) the event itself will be my first ever 10k 😱 

I love working at Chester Zoo and though that this challenge would be ideal as a still have a goal to work towards but I can also raise some funds for a charity that I hold close to my heart 💚 

Anyone that has ever been to Chester Zoo, watched Secret Life of the Zoo or ever had a conversation with me about it will know that every penny goes towards Preventing Extinction all around the world 🌍 

Please give me the enthusiasm to carry on training to reach my goal and support me in any way you can ☺️
