HADRIAN'S WALL WEEKEND TREK
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I am going to walk along the remaining 25 mile stretch of Hadrian's wall with husband Billy and our friends, Frances and Dominic Kerr. We are all training hard, and any donations will help to keep us motivated - especially if they're Gift Aided!
We are paying all costs for this trip so any donations you make will go 100% to CAFOD.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: CAFOD gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. So please sponsor me now!
About the trek
Hadrian's Wall originally ran from coast to coast and spanned 72 miles. Today we are left with only sections of this famous landmark, which cuts though the beautiful Northumberland National Park. Starting at Lanercost Priory, we trek for 25 miles over two days alongside the only remaining sections of the wall, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This may only be a short challenge, but it's still tough!
