I cant believe but I did it!
I abseiled down my office building, all 12 high ceilinged floors of it!

Thanks to all who sponsored me, if you havent you still can until the 29/08/08 (4 days after my birthday just so you know!).

The money raised will go to the Sick Children's Trust to make sure there is accommodation for the families of seriously ill children during their stay in hospital if they don't live nearby.
