ActionAid have been important to people close to me my whole life, from my parents sponsored a child while I was growing up to my friends being lucky enough to work with them. The work they do, especially their focus on women's rights, is vitally important. Running became very important to me when I lost my father, and I want to use the freedom and luxury I have of running purely for enjoyment to run for those who have neither.
