I am Abigail, I'm 17. There is a family history of heart disease, my great-grandfather on my mothers side, had a triple bypass at 68/69 and has now passed away but luckily not because of this disease. 

Both my grandparents on my fathers side died, a very long time before I was born, at age 45 from heart disease.

I also have heart disease and had a valve replacement in 2016 and I would like to raise money for the British heart foundation in memory of my great-grandfather and my grandparents.
