Alfie was born 5 weeks early by emergency c-section and need some help in his first week of arriving. Neonatle nurses looked after him 24 hours a day and gave me lots of information provided by Bliss on how to feed him, what to expect inside the neonatle unit and I even moved in to the amazing unit at Stepping Hill where I could look after Alfie with help from the nurses who trained me how to tube feed him and bath him with wires! The Staff were amazing and the unit was so welcoming and when we were ready to leave we were given a Bliss Parents Pack with all sorts of information which was priceless, I want to make sure anyone else who is in our situation has a positive experience like we did.
