For anyone who knows me will know that the word 'exercise' isn't normally part of my vocabulary, you will also know that my best friend Becky's Dad, Dave Gardiner played a massive role in my life up until May 2009 where he sadly passed away whilst training to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

Me, Becky and four of our best friends will be running the London Marathon 2014 (crazy I know) for the British Heart Foundation in memory of lovely Dave. Dave was a loving, generous and funny man who treated me like one of his own. 

Any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated and help me and the girls on the way to our target so we can do Dave proud.

So therefore this one is for you Dave, I know you would propably find the whole thing highly amusing, hopefully I will also shift some of my big booty that you always told me I had in the process.
