Every year my sisters and I complete a 5km run to raise money for Sands - this year we are doing the Adidas Woman's 5km Challenge in Birmingham on Sunday September 7th.

We raise money for Sands in memory of my nephew Elliot King - a member of our family for a short time but who made a lasting impression.

It's a chance for us to take 30 minutes out of our busy lives to dress up, have fun and celebrate his life.

So hopefully you can take less than 5 minutes to give whatever you can spare to help me reach my target.
