Hey people,
Thanks for taking the time to come on here, I've been training properly now for two months, I havnt drunk any alcohol in 7 weeks and have junk food is a mystery to me. I run 6 times a week and gradually upping my speed. I now run mostly outdoors, which is starting to be lovely now the weather is improving!
I'm really looking forward to this run at the end of May and am so happy to use my fitness to raise money for Great Ormond Street children's hospital! This is a fab charity, obviously close to my heart as I am so passionate about working with young children. They save hundreds of children's lives every year and support so many families with ill children. I am really grateful for any donations made! Please leave a nice comment too!!
