#TeamWISHH are walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks for Hull Hospitals! Support our team as they take on the 24-mile circular walk in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Story

We are raising funds for Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospitals by taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks! The Three Peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside are among the best known hills in the Yorkshire Dales National. The peaks, which form part of the Pennine range, encircle the heads of the valleys of the River Ribble and of Chapel-le-Dale. The challenge is to walk the circular route, scaling each peak in turn aiming for a time less than 12 hours. The total walking distance is 39.2km (24.5 miles). The walk will take place on Saturday 17th September, beginning in the picturesque Horton in Ribblesdale. If you would like to join the team, or take part in our more manageable Family One Peak challenge, please email abby.wardill@nhs.net and we'll provide you with all the details and everything you need.
