Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am helping the renal department to virtually cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats in the run up to World Kidney Day. The total distance is 874 miles and I have decided I will bike at least 50 miles of that.

Anything donated on this page will go to the renal department of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals to help fund cutting edge research, patient comforts and staff training. Basically, your support will help the kidney team to deliver first-class care, support and services for renal patients.

World Kidney Day is an international campaign that seeks to raise
awareness of kidney disease, reduce the impact and highlight the importance of kidneys.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

About the charity

We help Sheffield’s hospitals, community teams and health and social care services to cover costs their NHS budgets can’t. We fund support for patients and staff, life-changing research and more, so that we can enhance care from birth to the end of life and everything in between.
