Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Now restrictions are finally lifting I thought it was about time that I ticked something off my bucket list whilst supporting Solent Mind.
Back in 2017 during a horrible chapter in my life, I visited a Solent Mind Wellbeing Centre, it helped me in so many ways and I will always be grateful to the support I received. 4 years on and I still use the techniques that Solent Mind taught me. The words "Mental Health" can still bring shame and embarrassment but actually getting support is the best thing I've ever done.
I want to be brave and take part in something I've always wanted to do whilst raising awareness and funds for Solent Mind.
