BEAT is the UK’s leading charity supporting anyone affected by eating disorders or difficulties with food, weight and shape!

This is very close to home for me and I want to support all those who are on their journey to recovery! BEAT do amazing work and need mroe support to keep helping those who need it the most!

It is not a life choice which people make - its a horrible disease which is hard to break out of!

I am doing this for BEAT, for myself, for all the amazing people I met along the way, those who are still battling and all those who need help to break the cycle! I wouldn't wish anyone to have to go through this but if I can support a great charity who will help those that need it and try to prevent it I WILL!
