Hi, My name is Abby - I want to raise money for the Heart Foundation to help raise money so that they can help people live healthier lives. I've created this page because I want to make a difference. Selwyn House School is participating in 'Jumping June' to get active and look after our hearts while making a life-saving difference and helping to fund vital heart research. Together, we can fight our country’s single biggest killer – heart disease.
