We’ve Just finished the ride. 447 miles ridden. Very sore bodies but it has all been worthwhile! Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far! There will always be time to donate  to this amazing charity that makes the biggest difference to children’s lives! Even though this has been incredible for us, the child that we have managed to pay towards going will never ever be able to thank you all enough! Lots of love the two very sore cyclists! Xx

*UPDATE*

We have made it to the end of day four, a little sore but we’re still smiling. We have now reached our increased target of £3500 which is the cost to take one child on the amazing trip! We are so grateful to everybody who has sponsored so far. It has been tough up until now and we know the pain is only going to get worse so please, if you can, spare a few pound towards this amazing charity! 

Connie and Laura are two nurses and friends who are taking a break from work to cycle the length of Florida in 6 days, from Connie’s hometown Abingdon to Edinburgh. 

The idea came around during lockdown, when Connie’s trip to Florida as a support nurse for the Dreamflight team was cancelled due to the pandemic. Nationally, charities have felt the full force of the coronavirus with funding and donations are at an all time low. 

So what better way to give something back than to cycle Florida, but in the UK?!

We would be so grateful for any donations, we realise it has been a tough time for many financially, but any amount would be hugely appreciated.
