Story
On 5th May, I celebrate my 22nd birthday. I'm in a very privileged position where I don't NEED to ask for any birthday presents this year, I am lucky enough to have the material possessions that I require and some rather fantastic family and friends to share my birthday with. So, instead of accepting cards / gifts this year, I've decided to ask everyone to donate the couple of quid that they'd shell out on a card to this incredibly worthy cause.
Dogs Trust is a rehoming and adoption charity that gives needy pups up and down the country another chance in life. Raising the modest amount of £50 that might have the chance of giving one abandoned dog the help he needs would make me happier than any card or gift.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
