Story
During these difficult times, the Applied Research team have decided to participate in a virtual team challenge by creating awareness for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland during the month of April . Our virtual challenge is to accumulate a distance of 160km in total as a team through running or walking from now until April the 26th. 160km is a significant distance for Glanbia, as it is the total distance of a round trip from Glanbia's Ballyragget site to Glanbia's Belview site.
We have created this page because we as a team want to make a difference while taking on a virtual team challenge. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, all the usual fundraising events in Ireland have been cancelled. The month of April is the awareness month for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. We are inspired by the work of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and wanted to support them by raising money as part of our participation in the Duleek Cystic Fibrosis Mini Marathon Virtual Run. Please help us aid Cystic Fibrosis Ireland by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button.
The more people that know about Cystic Fibrosis Ireland the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and support,
The Applied Research Team.
