Story
18 Months ago when I was size 14 and was enjoying delicious lamb shanks and winter Pimm's in Lake district, accidently my winter cap fell on the floor. Falling cap wasnt an issue but carrying 68 kilos of weight and then bending down and picking up the cap was horrible feeling. I clearly remember that time and asked my size 6 friend to pick it up and she did the job in split seconds.
I hated myself that day but i am glad i hated coz that was the last day of my hatred towards size14 which this tiny 5"2' body was carrying.
As many girls do, I then decided to shed few kilos and started working to have nice toned body (Male attraction formula-Lets keep things real), so started weightlifting and few miles run everyday. During the whole process,i damaged my knees badly but manage to get size 6. Now that sense of achievemenbt from size 14 to size 6 worked for 18 months but i GUESS Now its time to refresh that achievement so that i can be my favorite person on planet for next 18 months again. That is only possible if my injured knees do nt give up and i could run half marathon in every one's favorite Silverstone track.
Running had played a big part in my life from last few years and I would owe it to myself to get a half marathon under my belt. I have managed to get a place through Alzheimer's Scotland Society who have confidence in me that i will be able to raise great amount for them..... AMEN!!!
AND I know this half Marathon will fill me with emotions that I will not experience from anything else.
