I'm running the Great North Run this year for the Alzheimer's Society. It's my first half marathon so needless to say it will be difficult! Alzheimer's disease is poorly understood and yet very common. This cause is one that is close to my own heart and I hope to raise funds to allow research into this terrible and distressing condition to continue.
