Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Martlets' community nurses have been working harder than ever to provide essential care and support to local people. It's been a hugely challenging time for the team and the community, and demand for their support has never been higher. Martlets usual fundraising activities have been hit hard by the pandemic, with fundraising events being cancelled and their shops closed. So I am running the Brighton Marathon as a way to support Martlets and help support families living with a terminal illness. I know things aren't easy at the moment, but anything you can donate will help Martlets nurses keep caring and supporting local people when they need it the most.
