My understanding and awareness of the Walking with Giants Foundation began when good friends of mine had a son, Patrick, who was born prematurely and exceptionally small in size and stature.  After months with no answers, Patrick's Mum and Dad finally received a diagnosis for Patrick's condition, Primordial Dwarfism.

Ever since, I have learned how WWG support children and families affected by the different strands of primordial dwarfism and how as a non-government funded charity, fundraising and donations from the public are so vital in allowing them to continue that support and also continue to learn and educate about what is a largely unknown and evolving condition.
