First, hope you're well and thanks for at least taking the time to visit my page.

In recent times, you may or may not have heard me murmuring something about doing a Rat Race. Basically, it’s in London over next weekend, it’s an urban adventure race where myself and a the rest the Mother-funkin' Freak Squad (Nick and Bob!) will be running and cycling long distances and pushing ourselves to the max in various different gnarly challenges! I think you probably know what’s coming next... Could I have some monies please??!! As you can see, I'm trying to raise some dosh for Amnesty International with my Rat Racing.
