As a gym owner and coach I strongly believe the fitness industry should be available to help during a health pandemic. An industry that has been proven to be safe. An industry that while closed is seeing significant declines in the physical health & mental well-being of our nation and we're not being allowed to help.

I will grow my beard for as long as gyms remain closed and all money raised will be going to the mental health charity MIND.
