I have again for the third time agreed not only to support Springboard
but to also be part of the Bidfood team, our group of 20 intrepid explorers are
going to try to get as far around the virtual world as we can either walking,
running, cycling, swimming or skipping. We have to clock up as many miles as we
can in July, this is for a great cause and I have added some details about what
Springboard do below.

I have set a target of 250 miles and relying on the younger
members of the team (Which is everyone else !!) to exceed that. As you will all
know I am not built for speed, exercise, running, cycling or walking and am much
more comfortable relaxing in the garden, next year I am going to grow a moustache
for a month instead.
