Me and Nicky are going to be 'Swooving' for 2 hours in aid of Home-Start CHAMS. 'Swoove' is a fun fitness experience which is a combination of singing, dancing and fun. 'Sing, whoop & move', (As you can imagine it is going to be very quiet & calm!)

Let me know if anyone would like to join us. You can choose between any time throughout the weekend as the event is going on for 40 hours(!!), or Nicky and I are SWOOVING Saturday 28th September 8 - 10pm, (booked Home-Start CHAMS slot 9-12pm)at the Scaynes Hill Millennium Centre.

Home-Start CHAMS has been supporting local families for 21
years. At the heart of our organisation is a team of highly trained parent
volunteers. They give support and friendship to families with young children, who are facing challenges including disability, mental health issues,bereavement, poverty and isolation. Our aim is to give vulnerable  young children the best possible start in life. Last year we supported 335 children in 142 families a brighter future.
