Story

Earlier this year I embarked on a journey with Human Appeal Australia. I witnessed the harsh reality of millions around the world. I want to make a change and do more for those around me and those who are voiceless! I need your support in doing so!

Blindness is a disability that takes perhaps the most precious of human senses, sight. According to the World Health Organisation there are over 39 million blind people in the world.

In the city of Irbid, north of Jordan; there is no single facility that caters to the needs and education of the blind. I’ve partnered up with Human Appeal Australia to help raise funds to build a school that will cater for 1000 blind children in the region. Together let’s Fight for their Sight.

Human Appeal Australia (HAA) aims to strengthen humanity’s fight against poverty and social injustice. We also recognise that the provision of food, medical aid and emergency shelter in times of humanitarian crises is essential for the immediate preservation of life. As such, we value the importance of a multidimensional aid approach, and therefore dedicate our time respectively between emergency relief and long term development.
