Claire House is an amazing charity based on the Wirral. The hospice provides respite and end-of-life care for children and young adults with life-limiting medical conditions. They're also there for their entire families, providing support and counselling for as long as is needed.

So to support their worthy cause, I'm going to be travelling along Europe's longest zip line at speeds of around 100mph at about 500ft above the mountain lake - apparently it's "the nearest thing to flying!" You can find more information here - http://www.zipworld.co.uk/
