Zoe and Andy Chambers were supposed to be  taking part in the Barcelona marathon on Sunday 15th of March 2020 to raise funds for 1350 RAF cadets squadron. Due to Covid, this race and backup plan marathons later in the year were all cancelled. After yet another marathon being cancelled this March (understandably), they are now running it virtually this weekend in the local area doing 3 laps of Titchfield, Warsash and Hook. The money raised will allow cadets to participate in activities which may have otherwise been financially out of reach. 

Our son has been attending cadets for the past 2 years and has got so much out of his time here already.  He’s been flying, on a field craft camp, learnt radio skills, first aid, been on hikes and caving to name but a few of the activities. He enjoys it so much that he in seriously considering a career in the RAF.

We would like to give something back to this fantastic squadron to show our appreciation to all the staff and their dedication to making it the outstanding facility it is today.
