Having visited various refugee camps last year in Syria, the plight of the Syrian Refugees is one which is very close to my heart. In particular the fact that such a large percentage of the refugees were young children, living in such difficult conditions, was heart breaking. Thus, I have decided to raise money via Khayr, a charity that is doing some good work to help the Syrian Refugees and orphans. 

The last time I did the BUPA 10k run was about 7 years ago when I was much younger and much fitter! I am aiming to raise £1000 for this cause and would be very grateful if you could support me in trying to reach this target.
