Story
On the 19th of November I will be climbing Mount Snowdon to raise money for the refugees of Syria.
Imagine suddenly having to leave your life behind; your school, your university, your job, your friends, all of your comforts because your country is at war with itself and you're caught in the middle of it. You have to leave everything in search for safety.
This is the reality for Syrian refugees caught in their country's civil war. This the worst humanitarian crisis of our time. Half the country’s pre-war population, more than 11 million people, have been killed or forced to flee their homes.
Thousands of Syrians flee their country every day. They often only decide to finally escape after seeing their neighborhoods bombed or family members killed.
These refugees aren't any different to us, they're just like us, doctors, mothers, fathers, teachers. It could have been us. They need our help.
I kindly ask you to donate as much or as little as you can. The smallest amount can make a big difference.
100% of the money raised will be donated to Global Rahmah Foundation who will personally deliver the aid this coming December.
