I'll be participating in the 'Slide-the-Clyde' zipline event on Saturday 21st August 2010 down at the River Clyde in aid of St Vincent's Hospice (you are all more than welcome to come along and have laugh at my expense as I take a leap of faith and willingly step off a platform into fresh air - without screaming too much!!) :-)
