This year myself and Lee, my son, will be running in memory of Jenny Mitchell, our beautiful Mother and Nana.

During the later stages of her life she suffered with various age related illnesses and AGE UK were on hand to offer help and support, not only to my Mum but also to the rest of the family too.

This is our way of recognising that fact and we will be running our hearts out for this wonderful cause. It is charities like AGE UK that give the elderly a better quality of life and also support the need for loved ones to stay at home together for longer. VERY WORTHY CAUSE!!!

A half Marathon is a challenge on its own, let alone with the weight of our tears that we will carry too. We will do you all proud in completing it and in turn our beautiful Mother/Nana too.
