On March 29th I'll be fasting for 24 hours as part of Trocaire's Lenten Campaign for 2013. They do great work in places like Africa providing food, healthcare and other assistance to those who need it most. They build community co-operatives and work on other projects to improve the lives of those in under-deveoped countries across the world.
