This is our first charity sportive for Yorkshire Lass, we will be hoping to run another next year. We are hoping to encourage ladies to get on their bikes doing Sportives,

Event Overview

This year the sportive will be held  aid of Women v Cancer , which is made up of 3 charities, Ovarian cancer, Breast cancer and Jo's cervical cancer trust.  

The sportive is aimed at all ladies who are just starting out on Sportives or ladies who do Sportives regulary. We will have 3 routes 

 30 ml - Cuppa tea and a piece a cake, for ladies who are just starting doing sportives,  flatish route.

60ml - Rite gud ride, for ladies who are ready to go that bit further with a couple of hills thrown in.

103ml - By eck that wa ard ride, for ladies who are ready to try for their 1st milestone 100 ride with  hills thrown in.

There will be a medal for each participant and more importantly a cake when you finish your ride :)

 The routes will have manned feed stations and mechanical support, don't worry about if you have no one to ride with, we will have an active Facebook group for the event so you can get chatting to other ladies on there too.We will have marshals on some parts of the routes and the routes will be well signposted. It will however be your responsibility to make sure you take a copy of the maps with you which we will provide for you to print off.
There will be accommodation or camping available at the event.

There will also be pre / post event soft tissue therapy including traditional massage £5 for 10 mins. available with half of the cost going to Women v Cancer.
