Story
As you know the foundation gave Jason Kelly’s family our driver in the major RTA last year a sum of money that helped his family to visit him whilst he stayed in kings hospital
On the 4th October 8 of us from Maidstone will be participating in the Yodel 40mile Tour Ride. We will be raising money for the Yodel Foundation which consists of 3 charities.
Team Maidstone will be donating their charity donations to Yodel employee distress fund.
As most of you will know one of our drivers Jason Kelly was in a major RTA on the 23rd July 2014 which resulted him being air lifted to King hospital in London for many months. Jason and his family had a very rocky ride not knowing if Jason would survive and I am pleased to say despite all of his injuries he has pulled through and is making good progress. He still has a few operations to under go but his future is looking bright. The yodel foundation and Maidstone colleges donated a sum of money to Jason’s family to help them in this tragic time. The money enabled Lisa and the family to travel to London to visit Jason daily which was a great help within his recovery.
As a result of the help in which Jason and his family have received Team Maidstone would like to raise money to put back into this charity to enable other family to have the same support if they need it.
Please be kind and donate generously
