I am going to shave my head to raise money for a couple charity close to my heart. 

The reason why I have chosen young somerset is because I work directly with young people and see the benefit this organisation has. 

Mental health impacts eaeyone one's lives, directly or indirectly. If we can help earlier enough it gives more chance of a longer and healthier life.
