I'm raising money for this incredible charity because it's a charity close to my heart!. My lovely mum has been suffering with this condition for most of her life. After completing her life goals of travelling the world at 22. She started to have complications it took a while but at the age 25 she was diagnosed. She was told that she would have to have children as soon as possible to ensure that she could still have me and she did. Despite suffering with this condition for years she has been the most incredible mother to me and supported me through everything and it's time to give something back! So I'm asking for your help! Please give a little because a lot of something little goes a long way! Everything we give can help change people's life's for the better.
