I heard about Gordon's charity through my good friend Laura Kuy and thought why not help but do something Wraymondo style!

There are 7 safe swimming lakes in the Lake District which are 40 miles apart from one another. I'm going to swim each lake then run between each one over the course of 2 days......hopefully. 

I'll hop on a bike and pedal 340 miles non stop to London where I take part with all the others in Team Ramsay in the London Triathlon.

I want to make the country go #GOSH and then dip into their pockets and help this amazing children's hospital.

Will Gordon be brave enough to join me?????
