MIND is the chosen charity of our Bracken Ghyll 2020/21 Club Captains, Duncan Hall and Shirin Borrett.

It is my wish to raise funds for MIND by playing as many holes as possible sometime around the summer solstice. I will undertake this challenge on Wednesday 30th June, a day relatively free of any competitive golf and, hopefully, with some decent weather!

In 2016, I played 103 holes and raised money for charity. This time it will be 100% for MIND.

Your support will be greatly appreciated. All donations will be added to the total funds raised by our Bracken Ghyll Club Captains. 

In order to add some variety into my day, I’d also like to challenge any willing golfer to a 5 hole competition; match play, strokes given, £10 if you lose a hole. Are there any takers out there?

My name is Will Stoker. I have been a member at Bracken Ghyll Golf Club since 2013 and I play off 11. I’ve been playing this great game for 51 years, a challenge in itself! As for this fund raiser…. I’m 100% up for it!
