In September I will be cycling 352miles over 4 days, from St Albans to the Isle of Wight (and back !)  - all to raise vital funds for Rennie Grove Hospice Care allowing them to continue to give the amazing care and support they do, to children, adults & their families with life-limiting illnesses across Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire.
