Before our 90th year is out (you can do the maths), we decided to set ourselves a challenge to run our first marathon. On the 26th May we will be pounding the streets of Edinburgh, not just because we are slightly crazy, but because we also want to raise a shed load of money for a hugely important cause.

Sheffield children’s hospital treats children with every possible problem imaginable from an accident with a broken bone to a brain tumour. With a range of specialist services they receive referrals from across the UK and internationally, whilst providing emergency care for up to 200 children a day.

Despite being one of the top UK hospitals for paediatric care, it continues to rely upon charitable support to provide a caring and happy environment whilst continuing to advance their life saving medical research.

So by making a donation, not only do you make a difference to many childrens lives, importantly you also make it very hard for Wendy to back out!!
