WRAP RIDE: On Saturday and Sunday 8th and 9th February we will  be trying to ride the +2,500 miles from Aleppo in Syria to Wendover......on ten exercise bikes on the Manor Waste outside Budgens provided by the RAF.

Wendover resettlement assistance project "WRAP" is a group of local people who have come together to help bring a vulnerable Syrian refugee family to live in our community and support them in integrating into life here.  We operate under the Government's Community Sponsorship scheme and are partners with Sponsor Refugees which is part of UK charity Citizens UK, registered charity number 1107264.

We need money to pay for the family's resettlement and for English language teaching and skills training to help them settle into our society and become self reliant.  As a group made up entirely of volunteers, any donations you make will go directly to helping the sponsored family.
