What began as a week of challenges with my WellFit Academy clients, family and friends to have some fun, get fit, raise awareness and some much needed funds for CAUSE carers in mental health awareness week May 2021. 

Now to our beautiful 20 Dancer Irish, Latin and Ballroom performance at Titanic Slipways. 

Every year I have the total joy of dancing for CAUSE in their Strictly Come Dancing fundraiser events, which raise over £20,000. This was cancelled last year and is likely to be cancelled again this year. 

CAUSE really need your help even if it is just spreading the word and sharing this page.
