Story
The time has come to lay a few demons to rest, and help those who have experienced a similar life changing experience as myself in the past.
After losing my father in a tragic accident at the age of 2.5 years old, throughout my life there have been many times this has not been far from my thoughts.
The past year has been difficult, I saw my oldest son pass the age I was at the time of my loss and know just how much I inertact with him. At the same time I past my own fathers living age.
It is the right time to move on positivley, whilst helping others. I happened to stumble across a local charity Jigsaw4u. I beleive the support they offer children going through this difficult time is invaluable.
The best way I find- take my body to it's physical, mental and emotional limits.
The final event I am training to is The Wall. Run Hadrians Wall (69 miles) in 24 hours. However preprare for this challenge I will be running a 33 mile/45mile/50 mile race as 'training'.
Thanks for your support and I will keep regular updates on my progress.
