Story

WELL DONE EVERYONE!

Won't go into everyone's individual times but well done to all the runners on Sunday for a terrific effort. If you haven't already then please dig deep and sponsor us  - we tried our very best!

Notes for next year:

a - it is worth buying those anti blister socks

b -  too many twix's pre and post race can make a person quite sick

c -  don't try to keep up with Alex - his legs are too long

d - take a moment too appreciate how much Mr Callaghan loves it when they sing the insprational songs during the warm up (he's still swaying now!)
