As difficult as this is to write and for many to hear or read, I have to put this on "paper".

For those who this is news to I'll keep it as short as I can.

On the 14th of January this year,  Lajla went out and never came home. 

She was found dead the next morning by a member of the public who was walking through a park close to home.

Lajla suffered for many years with mental health issues which she usually had under control, though this time the pressures of life were too much for her to cope with.

Lajla's death would have been preventable with better assessment and care. So with this in mind and in lieu of flowers for her funeral I have chosen to remember Lajla with a gift which will benefit as many people as possible.

Please help me and Hertfordshire Mind Network help as many people in need as possible.
