Story
Warner’s Distillery (formerly Warner Edwards) was founded in
2012 by gin farmers, Tom and Tina Warner to reconnect people to what’s real and truly matters in life by creating extraordinary farm grown flavours that bring people together using the land and all it provides; natural springs, farm grown and hedgerow botanicals and honey from their collection of apiaries. Now almost 7 years on their mission to bring farm grown flavour to the world, they are putting Northamptonshire on the map as leaders in the craft gin category and creators of the UK’s number one super premium flavoured gin.
The Cynthia Spencer Hospice is extremely close to our hearts as it is where Tom’s mum Adele, who has motivated and inspired so, so much of what we do, spent her precious last hours with her family.
Fifteen of our epic, intrepid team will be biking up and down the hills of the Northamptonshire countryside, covering over 425 miles between them to help raise valuable funds for the hospice.
We’ll be peddling hard alongside other supporters of the hospice to raise money for their 'Bike4Bedtime' campaign. A 24-hour stay at the hospice for patients and their families, where they’re provided with amazing care, compassion and support, currently costs a whopping £504.
As a team we are looking to raise enough money to cover at least a whole week’s stay, meaning we need to raise at least £3528!
Although there are a couple of budding Bradley Wiggins in our team, the majority of us are not natural cyclists and this will certainly be a huge challenge for all involved and this is where you come in! Whether you can donate 50p or £50, all donations will be a huge boost to the team and will help keep those weary legs peddling to the finish line, and most importantly offer such important care to hospice patients and their families.
