Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I was born at the height of WWII, lived through Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq, and am aghast at what is happening at present in Syria and so many other war-torn places in today's world.  As battles and bombardments go on all around them, it is very evident that the only hope of medical aid for civilians on the ground comes from MSF.  I hope others will feel the same and sponsor me in taking part in the Poem-A-Thon on 12 November at Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub from 2pm.
